We pride ourselves on being a collaborative environment that is inspiring, supportive, flexible and fun. There is no strict hierarchy, everyone’s experiences and opinions matter. If you have a particular interest, bring it to work.
Flexibility and achieving a work life balance means different things to different people. Some welcome the ability to exercise, do the school run or attend appointments during the day and will catch up on work early or later when their brain is more engaged; others like to be able to switch off when they finish work and not need to constantly be checking emails. With Magenta, it can be what you need it to be.

Everyone has different backgrounds, different experiences and a different perspective on the world. We embrace all of these, encourage everyone to be themselves in work bring those differences to enrich our work.

We work from home in locations across the UK, but, regularly meet face-to-face for working and socialising as a team. This might include:
• Project analysis sessions: a day locked away deep diving into the findings to extrapolate the insight and craft the story.
• Quarterly team away days: a chance to spend time together outside of projects.
• Client Appreciation Day: an annual occasion to celebrate our achievements for the year and thank our clients for working with Magenta.
• If you live near someone and want to get together to work for a bit, share a coffee or talk through a project.
Regardless of where we’re working, we’re in constant communication and ensure we connect regularly as a team. We have morning catch ups where we talk about work and non-work, to ensure everyone has the support they need.
